Pinellas launches a countywide DUI Wolfpack for the holiday

Deputies and city police put extra saturation patrols on the road through Labor Day, dedicated in part to a man killed by a drunk driver.

    PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla.: Pinellas deputies and city police departments are running a countywide DUI “Wolfpack” through the Labor Day weekend, FOX 13 reported, with extra saturation patrols on the barrier islands and the interstates.

    WFLA noted the effort is dedicated in part to a Pinellas man killed by a drunk driver. Checkpoints and roving patrols are both in the plan.
